Every morning, our team picks the day's fruit and vegetables by eye at Rungis market — and you find them on the shelves the same day.
It means we vouch for the origin, the quality and the freshness of every piece.
Exceptional bakeries
At Saint-Germain, daily bread and viennoiseries from Maison Lalos Paris — signed by a Meilleur Ouvrier de France, the country's highest craft distinction.
At the Palais des Congrès, we work with Com'Panis, market-trained bakers passionate about their craft. Long-keeping organic sourdoughs, viennoiseries and pastries crafted under the eye of Fabien Naulay, the 2024 bakery world champion.
